My name is Lisa Cramer and I am the principle owner and operating partner for these companies. I have worked as a Property Manager and Rental Agent for many years in Southern California and in the I re-located to the I currently hold a sales associate real estate license in Most recently, I worked as the Property Manager for Rossman Realty Group, Inc and Rossman Property Management, Inc in Our company offers an experienced and professional property management staff, starting with our General Manager, Trish Willingham. Trish Willingham has been with L.Cramer since its inception. I have four full time daily bookkeepers that run my in-house accounting department. They keeps track of all records related to your property (owner & tenant) by using a state-of-the- art property management computer software program, this system provides you with informative and accurate monthly statements. My entire software program, and accounting system, are backed with a checks and balance system by our in-house CPA. I have seven Field & Maintenance Representatives that conduct property evaluation walks with owners. The Field department representatives also coordinated maintenance issues in our rentals properties and handled all punch list walk thru's with builders on our new homes. This department also coordinates and conducts all quarterly walks. SW Florida Property Maintenance, Inc provides exclusive in-house cost effective maintenance services to our owners. We do our best to control these costs, however, costs may increase without notice due to local environmental factors beyond our control i.e. Hurricanes, higher labor costs, the rising costs of building materials and the increasing cost of fuel. In addition, we have several receptionists that run shifts during the week and weekends, that allow us to have our offices open 6 days a week. Several members of my receptionist staff speak multiple languages to include Spanish; this allows us to offer bilingual services to owners and tenants. In that section, you may review documents detailing each of my individual programs, and the corresponding price structures for our companies' property management services.
