In 2004, I open my own Rental & Property Management Company, L. Cramer & Associates, Inc DBA"Lisa The Leaser"™.
My company presently manages over 600 properties with staff 12 employees. Over the years, I added a Property Maintenance Company, SW Florida Property Maintenance, Inc. In order to successfully implement new expansion plans, an affiliate relationship was formed with the only real estate company, VIP Realtors, that I felt would compliment a professional business plan for growth with its like minded business approach to the Real Estate business as a whole.
"Lisa The Leaser"™ now has office locations for your convenience, in Cape Coral and in Fort Myers, inside of the VIP Realtor building.
More office locations are presently underway in the cities of Fort Myers Beach Florida and Naples Florida.
