Michele Leconey works in our in-house accounting department. Michele Leconey  communicates with our owners regarding the actual payout of their rental income. Michele pays all owners  their rental income by company check, or ACH bank transfer. Michele also handles our owner cancellations. Michele has been with our company for some time, and is a constant positive, helpful, and enthusiastic employee. My name is Trish Willingham and I re-located to Southwest Florida in 2004 from Burbank, California. I am a native of Kentucky where I attended the University of Kentucky and graduated from Western Kentucky University.

Before coming to work with Lisa Cramer in Property Management, I worked for the Motion Picture Association of America for three and a half years where I was a member of the Film Ratings Board. Prior to that I was the Manager of Production Operations for the American Humane Association and worked in their Western Regional Office Film & TV Unit based in Sherman Oaks, CA. American Humane Association is a non-profit organization that protects animals in Film & TV. While there I supervised a staff of 14 and developed a database for tracking Motion Picture and TV projects, assisted in the preparation of a yearly Budget and Grant proposals, worked with National Film commissions and implemented training courses and materials for an International training program.

I am presently the Chief Operations Officer/ General Manager with the dual role of Human Resources Director.
