SW Florida Property Maintenance Company handles our repair work. They give our clients preferential pricing and preferred services 7-days week. Prices are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control; i.e. hurricanes, fuel shortages, increased labor costs, increase in fuel costs, or the increased cost of local building supplies. Outside vendor work includes mark-up.

Company pays vendor/maintenance invoices on your behalf to expedite fast repairs. Handling fee of $25.00 or 1 ½ % per month, whichever is greater, will be charged, on any unpaid balance after 15 days.

Collect estimates for repairs, painting, damages and coordinate the execution of repairs through SW Florida Property Maintenance Company.

In-house accounting and preparation of monthly & year end P&L statements for clients.

Act as a mediator between owner and their tenants.

Collect rent, follow up on delinquent accounts, and impose late fees and NSF check charges.

Bank ability to ACH rental payments from the tenant’s bank account with tenant approval.

Mandatory twice-monthly property walks while vacant to check for security issues, bugs, proper AC settings, water issues, lawn.
