I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and present my professional work and educational history for your review and consideration. I re-located to the Lee County area three years ago after spending twenty-five years in Southern California. My professional experience as a property manager includes the rental management of 400 units in Naples, Florida for several US Homes private gated communities. Previously, I developed my own Property Management & Leasing Company in Marina Del Rey, California for five years and prior to that I worked in general real estate as a top producer for Coldwell Banker and Prudential Realty companies involved in land development, commercial, residential and industrial real estate for fifteen years. I currently hold real estate licenses in the states of Florida and California. My educational background includes a degree from the University of Southern California with an internship as a sales trainer for Tom Hopkins Seminars. Most recently, I was employed as the Property Manager for Rossman Realty Group, Inc in Cape Coral, Florida. When I came on board with Rossman in September of 2003, the company had 40 properties and was running at a loss, when I left nine months later I had built the property management division to 240 properties and turned it into a thriving profitable company. At that time I decided to form my own property management and real estate company, L Cramer & Associates, Inc.
