I would like to say how grateful I am to you and you staff for understanding what a difficult time I am going through - with losing my job, and working with me by reducing my rent. It makes a huge difference!! I would also like to compliment one of your staff members, Tanya. I approached her with my situation, and she handled it with grace and privacy -- which is exactly what I needed at the time. She is truly an asset to your organization. She made the process feel personal - "not corporate." It was comforting! She is truly a "people person." After living in this apartment for thirteen years - and loving it here, I can continue to stay here and weather this storm.

Dear Mrs. Cramer,

I am one of your happy tenents who lives at 1110 SW 11th Terrace in Cape Coral, And your staff always works well with me to fix any problem I have. So just to tell you your staff is much appreciated by me, and second I was wondering if you would like to donate toys, money or adopt a family for christmas? So you know this is a special request by Living Waters Church, they will be sending you a letterhead requesting your help. A lot of families need the help, and wanted to ask you myself. Subject: Marie Is A Phenomenal Employee

Hi there,

This is going to seem odd, coming from someone who was not able to use your services, but I wanted you to know how kind, helpful, & supportive, Marie Acevedo is, as a representative of your company. I've been looking for a rental for over a month. I have been allover Cape Coral, & Fort Myers, & no one has come even close to her responsiveness, her knowledge, & her expertise. This has been really, really hard for me. I haven't rented in years, & I, like so many others right now:, am having to start all over again. I'm devastated, we've lost everything, & she never made me feel badly, or insecure, just was warm, friendly, & ready, willing, & able to help me. She made this process fun for me, and it's not been that way with anyone else. She helped me see a unit you have on Santa Barbara, as well as two others, but my mom has offered to try & buy me a foreclosure or a short sale or something, so I can't pass that up, which I'm sure you understand. But please know that Marie is phenomenal & a huge asset to your company!!!

To Everyone at L. Cramer & Associates:

I just wanted to take the time and say thank you for all of your help. You have been nothing but pleasant to deal with and not to mention so willingly helpful with my situation. This weekend was the time when I initially planned to move in had the A/C in my new unit been working properly. Unfortunately, it was not working and caused a delay in moving my stuff there. I contacted Karla on Saturday (might I mention she is the most wonderful person to deal with) and from there she contacted Evelyn to notify her of my situation. Evelyn seemed to do nothing but ensure that my A/C was taken care of. She is very diligent with her work and she, along with the rest of you at L. Cramer & Associates, stopped at nothing to make sure I was satisfied with the effort put forth behind your work. I can do nothing but thank you incessantly for the kindness, professionalism, and support you've shown. I will always refer you first to anyone who might need your business.
