Pay any bills directly pertaining to the maintenance of your property, pool care, lawn care, utility bills, pest control and cable.

• My maintenance staff will be available for any minor repairs at a rate of $30.00 an hour.
• Your property will be walked and inspected twice a month to assure security, water leaks, pest control, pool care, pool water levels, lawn care, mold, humidly problems and AC issues.
• I can coordinate property cleaning prior to you or your house guests arrival and departure.
• My crew will place lawn furniture outside or store lawn furniture & grilling equipment in the interior of your property to protect it during your absence at a rate of $30.00 an hour to move the items.
• Will bid & coordinate any outside vendor work to be done on your property.
• A $200 dollar owner reserve account is required.
• Computerized accounting statements will be sent monthly and a year end P&L.

THIS PROGRAM IS A GREAT ACCOMPANIMENT TO OUR SEASONAL PROGRAM DURING THE PERIOD OF TIME YOUR RENTAL WILL BE VACANT
